What does it feel like to be in a heart, soul and sexuality aligned connection?
On this three month journey I will show you, by offering you a practical framework to love yourself more fully and bring that love into ALL of your relationships.
It doesn't matter where you are at in the process, you just need a willingness to learn, grow, and love yourself, with this, you are already on the road and me and the other men in the program will walk you through until you no longer need the training wheels and can show up in this way with less support!
After the three months, my goal is to empower you all to be able to feel sustained with all of the tools I have to offer on the journey!

Don't know how to love yourself? I'll give you practices and tools to make loving yourself feel nourishing and fun
Worried about being creepy around women and friends? I'll teach you how to own and communicate your desires so people feel safe around you to be authentic. through this, you become a magnet for your soul tribe.
Feel shame around your sexuality? I'll give you self-pleasure practices that cut to the core of your shame and ease it into love for yourself and harness this energy into creation and more fulfilling life.
Discouraged by previous relationships? I'll gently guide you to feel resolved and purposeful in your past experiences so you can feel more liberated for the future.
Worried about repeating old patterns? I'll give you direct support as will the other men in the program and we will have accountability every week we meet together.
Scared you'll fail or do a bad job? Forget failure as something you avoid, there are cycles in life on this journey, accept them as cycles, you are always growing and expanding, as you expand, me and the men in the program will love you just as you are and show you how to gentle guide yourself back to yourself
Overwhelmed with what to say on a date? I'll well guide you to owning yourself and loving you, for all that you, so you can show up as your authentic self on dates and meeting new people. If it doesn't jive, it's not about your worthiness, it is just a part of the process, I will show you have to own your feelings about rejection and empower you to not give up on loving yourself.

Using the tools and practices in this course, I've coached hundreds of people to be more healthy in their body, mind, and spirit. I'm trained in NLP, I'm also a Reiki Master, Kundalini and meditation teacher, and certified yoga instructor and have training in trauma release tactics.
I spent about decade of helping in many recovery communities and treatment centers across the country helping hundreds of people struggling with addiction open to their own Heart-Centered Connection.
Why Is This Work Important to Me?
I've seen my life dramatically transform through loving myself more and aligning more with soul and life purpose here on the Earth. In my teens and early twenties, I never thought I would be where I am today. I have found expression and connection with deep beautiful part of me. By creating that connection within, it has allowed me to create this and offer this in the world.
For years of my life I believed I would be stuck in my home town of Meriden, Connecticut forever, and then die young, and be miserable until then. I was a heroin addict, and that seemed to be the only reality I saw other like me live.
But through the work I have done on my self, the community I have been able to lean on and the many modalities that will be offered in this course, I have made a COMPLETE shift in my beliefs, action and relationships
It took years of deep emotional work and specialized training, and I wont lie to you, It has been painful, especially in the beginning!
I want to give you the complete shift I have experiences in life, but with less pain and more guidance using tried and true ways to get there!
